The UK Space Agency is responsible for the UK’s civil space programme, which aims to drive sustainable economic growth, secure new scientific knowledge and benefit all citizens. The Agency’s Commercial Space Director, Claire Barcham, explains how her organisation’s vow to “lead the new space age” is shaping up, creating opportunities for Scottish spaceports, launch companies and satellite makers.
