A conversation with author Gemma Cairney about how magic - and messed up - life can be. Drawing on her own personal experiences, and the insights gained from her time as Radio 1's resident agony aunt on The Surgery, Gemma has compiled her new book, Open, a toolkit designed to help you handle any situation life may throw at you: covering such topics as bullying, body image, heartbreak and activism.  An important advocate for young people, Gemma offered hope (and a huge comforting cuddle) to all of us attempting to navigate our way through the modern world.
