Invitation to Tender: Festival Cafe Catering Services

The festival cafe runs throughout Wigtown Book Festival, providing food and drink to visitors. We are keen for the catering provider to reflect the farming community in which we operate as well as Scotland's rich and diverse culinary culture, supplying local and regional foods where possible.
