Wigtown

Our main venues are: the County Buildings; the Festival Marquee, with main entrance on North Main Street opposite the box office; The Print Room, just round the corner from the box office on New Road; and the McNeillie Tent, which is located in the garden behind The Old Bank Bookshop. Our young adult venue aimed at 13-25s is The Other Tent located outside the County Buildings. Most children’s events take place at Wigtown Primary School on New Road and Wigtown Parish Church Hall on Lochancroft Lane. All the above venues are within five minutes’ walk of one another.

Parking

Town centre parking is limited. Extra parking is within close walking distance and disabled parking is provided during the festival. It is shown on the map. Please follow the signs to the Old Showfield (Southfield Park) when you enter Wigtown.
