Get into the water. Your salt tears will mix with the salt of the sea.
Writer Vicky Allan discusses and demonstrates the joys of wild swimming and its use as a balm for grief in this beautifully shot short video filmed at Rigg Bay in Garlieston, Dumfries & Galloway, South-West Scotland. This film was commissioned for the 2020 Wigtown Book Festival and produced by Colin Tennant (CT Productions).
