Spirit of Stories

Wigtown Primary School 2019
Sun 29 Sep
Free, ticketed

Stories are everywhere and they help connect individuals and communities to their history, art, culture, nature and the land. Multi-sensory stories open a gateway for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities. Whether it is a personalised multi-sensory story about a real-life event, a legend or a soothing tale that supports rest and relaxation, those with profound and multiple learning disabilities can connect through the senses.  Drop into the PAMIS yurt for a multi-sensory storytelling experience and enter the world of Oona and the Giant and Baba Yaga. There will also be time for a relaxing story with Koshi Bells and singing bowls.  You can also stay after it and make a sensory collage based on the story, to take away.  [C25]

All WigWAM events are free to U26's and tickets can be booked here.

U26's also can get free tickets to selected main programme events. Please contact the box office for details and to book.

If you are making a booking for free events only, then no booking fee will be applied. All other bookings will have fee of £1.50 applied (the fee is per transaction, not per ticket).
