Broadcaster Kate Humble’s discusses her latest book, a frank exploration of a stripped-back approach to life. She explores the route to real, deep, long-lasting happiness and asks whether our lives have just become overly crowded and that we've lost sight of the simple things that give a sense of achievement, a feeling of joy or excitement? Do we need to take a step back, reprioritise and just make our lives more simple?
