What Do You Think You Are?

Online Event
Thu 4 Mar
19:30 UK
Free, ticketed

Welcome to the popular science equivalent of Who Do You Think You Are?, as popular science master Brian Clegg takes the audience on an entertaining tour through the science of what makes you you. Your body began in the instant of the Big Bang, created from billions of particles, which now form your DNA, your flesh, memories and emotions. Revealing his latest book, the acclaimed science communicator follows an extraordinary trail back from 21st century humankind to our atomic and sub-atomic origins.

One of the UK’s best known science writers, Brian Clegg is the author of bestselling Inflight Science, Professor Maxwell’s Duplicitous Demon, The God Effect, Before the Big Bang, Ecologic, A Brief History of Infinity, Build Your Own Time Machine and Dice World, which was on the longlist for the 2014 Royal Society Winton Prize for Science Books. He lives in Wiltshire and, when not writing, explores his passion for Tudor church music.
